Anthony Astarita is a 65 Year old Artist that lives in his home based studio in Orlando Florida 32804. Born in NYC Anthony has a love for edgy, rough, organic, abstract paintings. However, Anthony has other styles that he is known to commission for clients such as traditional portraits and landscapes. Organic Geometrics are currently part of Anthonys world. "These geometrics are freehand shapes not executed to be razor sharp, but to overlap as if they can be peeled off the surface, loaded with color, designs and texture that you see in everyday life, both in city or rural living." Anthony has Exhibited his work at several Art Shows and Galleries in Florida; Ponce Inlet Art Festival, Daytona Beach Art Festival, Maitland Art Festival, Gallery On First, Florida Artist Gallery, The Orlando Museum of Art First Thursdays, Projects Gallery in Miami, Uptown Art Expo, The Eustis Museum and Gallery and New York Contemporary Gallery in NYC.
